My name is Nutruja, and I grew up in Surat Thani, Thailand. After 30 years of cooking Thai cuisine, I wanted to share the flavors of my home with Knoxville. In 2022, with the help of my husband and two sons, we opened Jai Dee Thai Kitchen to serve fresh, authentic Thai food made with love.
